FocusQuest+ is developed by Ziyar Kader. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Summary

• We do not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers. There are no accounts, analytics SDKs, ads, or third‑party trackers in the app.
• All app data (goals, habits, skills, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device.
• You control your data. Deleting the app will remove locally stored app data from your device.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process the following through external servers:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics or diagnostics
• Advertising identifiers
• Location data
• Contacts, calendars, or health data

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

FocusQuest+ stores your entries (e.g., goals, habits, skill levels, streaks, and in‑app settings) in local app storage on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back up your device via iCloud or a local computer backup as part of normal iOS backup behavior.

Permissions

• Notifications (optional): Used to alert you about timers or reminders you enable. Notification content is generated locally on the device.
• Photo Library (optional): If you choose a custom avatar or image, iOS may request permission to access your selected photo. Images are used in‑app only and are not uploaded.

Children’s Privacy

FocusQuest+ is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, please contact us so we can assist. Because the app does not transmit personal data to our servers, there is no server‑side data to delete.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We will post the updated version at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
